As a repair mechanic, you will contribute to maintaining and repairing our specialized trailers for heavy transport. Working in our modern workshop in Wijchen, you’ll use your technical expertise to ensure our trailers remain safe and reliable. Whether you’re experienced or eager to grow in this field, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

What You Will Do:

• Assess damages and defects: create a suitable plan to get trailers operational again;
• Disassemble trailers: prepare them for repair or revision;
• Replace parts: repair or replace defective or worn components to restore systems to working order;
• Perform periodic maintenance: check brakes, lighting, and fluids to ensure optimal performance;
• Identify and resolve issues: analyze and fix hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical problems.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a hands-on and curious mechanic with a passion for technology, eager to work on innovative solutions within a family-oriented company.

• MBO diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Aptitude for hands-on work and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to learn welding or prior experience in it
• Strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose technical issues
